Los que me conocéis probablemente estáis al tanto de mis gustos en cuanto a actrices. En mi lista están Liv Tayler, Charlize Theron, Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johanson... y Natalie Portman.
Si. Ayer estuve con Natalie Portman. Vino a Anderson a presentar un programa de cooperación internacial en microfinance dentro del club Net Impact. Y estaba cerca. Como a 6 metros. Fue glorioso. Lamentablemente, no podíamos sacar fotos, pero espero que publiquen algo durante la semana, incluyendo fotos.
Lo cierto es que gana en persona, increiblemente bella. Y muy bien arreglada, muy simple, pero simplemente impresionante.

WHAT:          Award-winning actress Natalie Portman will speak to
     students about the power of microfinance as a tool to
     help the world's poorest entrepreneurs, and inspire
     them to support the campaign against global poverty.
     Portman will discuss and show video diaries of her
     recent visits to Mexico and Uganda, where she saw
     first-hand how FINCA International's Village Banking
     method of microfinance transforms families and
     communities. The event is co-hosted by the UCLA
     Anderson Net Impact Chapter and the Center for
     International Business Education and Research (CIBER).

WHO:           UCLA Anderson Finance Professor Bhagwan Chowdhry will
     moderate a discussion with Portman and students about
     microfinance, and the importance of young people
     getting involved with social action.

WHEN:          Wednesday, October 3rd, 2007 from 6pm-7pm

Otra famosa en Stanford, y otra vez
me lo he perdido. Natalie Portman vino a Stanford a hablar sobre los
microcréditos como forma de ayuda al desarrollo en el tercer mundo.

Natalie
estudió psicología en Harvard, y cuando se graduó fue nombrada
embajadora de la esperanza del FINCA International, una organización
que promueve y realiza microcreditos en el tercer mundo. Desde entonces
ha viajado a Uganda, Guatemala o Ecuador entre otros.
